Methodology

Data collection: Google Forms intake form, filled in between 9 and 10 April 2026.

Respondents: 20 journalists and editorial staff at TV 2 Odense, Denmark.

Instrument: Self-assessment on a scale of 1–10, supplemented with open questions about experience, goals, and learning needs.

Limitation: Self-assessment is subjective. Scores reflect the participant's self-image, not necessarily the actual skill level. This report contains no external validation.

Scoring: 19 of 20 participants provided a numerical score. 1 participant did not assign a score.

Track assignment: Advanced (score 7–9), Intermediate (score 5–6), Beginner (score 3–4), Unassigned (no score).
