The Prewash Method
Before you ask any of the ten questions below, always start with the Prewash. This gives the AI a deep understanding of the document before you interrogate it.

2.Read the prompt the AI gives you. Edit it if needed — add context, sharpen the focus, remove what is irrelevant.
3.Type: "Execute prompt"

"Which word does not appear in this document that you would expect to find?"

"How many times does the patient speak in her own words and what does she say?"

"What reason does the person who kept this document give and what does the document itself say about that reason?"
Remember: The AI reads what is in the document. It cannot verify what happened in reality. Every finding from these questions is a lead, not a conclusion.
